Subscription Plans
PanelAlerts provides subscription-based software services through different pricing plans, which may include monthly and yearly billing options. Current subscription plans may include:
Starter
USD $11/moPro
USD $19/moPricing, features, usage limits, billing intervals, and available plans may change from time to time. The price displayed at the time of purchase will generally apply to your subscription for the applicable billing period, subject to any applicable price changes communicated by PanelAlerts.
Cancellation of Subscription
You may cancel your PanelAlerts subscription at any time. Cancellation may be requested through the subscription or account management options provided by PanelAlerts or by contacting our support team at support@panelalerts.com.
Unless otherwise required by applicable law:
- Cancellation stops future subscription renewals.
- You will generally retain access to paid features until the end of your current paid billing period.
- Cancellation does not automatically create a right to a refund for amounts already paid.
- Your subscription will generally not renew after the current billing period ends.
For example, if you cancel a monthly subscription after a renewal has already been processed, your subscription may remain active until the end of that paid month, but the next monthly renewal will not be charged.
Automatic Renewal
PanelAlerts subscriptions may automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the next renewal date. Monthly subscriptions may renew each month; yearly subscriptions may renew each year.
You are responsible for reviewing your subscription status and cancelling before the next billing date if you do not wish to continue using the service. Where required by applicable law, PanelAlerts may provide renewal notices or other required billing disclosures.
Refund Policy
Unless otherwise required by applicable law or expressly stated by PanelAlerts, subscription payments are generally non-refundable once the applicable billing period has started. If you purchase a monthly or yearly subscription and subsequently decide that you no longer wish to use PanelAlerts, we generally will not provide a refund for the unused portion of that billing period.
For example, if you purchase a yearly subscription and cancel after three months, the remaining nine months will generally not be refunded.
Nothing in this policy is intended to exclude or restrict any refund, cancellation, withdrawal, or consumer right that cannot legally be excluded or restricted under applicable law.
Duplicate or Incorrect Charges
If you believe that you have been charged incorrectly, charged more than once for the same subscription, or charged after a valid cancellation, please contact us promptly at support@panelalerts.com.
Please provide sufficient information for us to investigate the transaction, including where available:
- Account email address.
- Date of the transaction.
- Amount charged.
- Transaction or invoice reference.
- Description of the issue.
If we determine that a duplicate, unauthorized, or incorrect charge resulted from an error on our part, we may issue an appropriate refund or correction.
Failed or Declined Payments
If a subscription payment fails or is declined, PanelAlerts may attempt to process the payment again using the available payment method or request that you update your billing information.
If payment remains unsuccessful, PanelAlerts may:
- Restrict access to paid features.
- Suspend the subscription.
- Downgrade the account to an available free or limited plan, if applicable.
- Terminate the subscription.
You remain responsible for valid charges incurred before cancellation or termination, subject to applicable law.
Refunds for Service Errors
If PanelAlerts experiences a significant technical problem that materially prevents you from accessing the paid service, you may contact our support team. We will review such requests on a case-by-case basis.
Depending on the circumstances, PanelAlerts may, at its discretion and subject to applicable law:
- Restore the affected service.
- Extend the subscription period.
- Provide an account credit.
- Issue an appropriate refund.
A temporary outage, scheduled maintenance, minor technical issue, or isolated feature interruption does not automatically create a right to a refund.
Promotional Offers and Discounts
PanelAlerts may occasionally provide promotional pricing, discounts, credits, trials, or special offers. Unless expressly stated otherwise:
- Promotional offers are subject to their stated terms.
- Discounts may apply only for a specified period.
- A discounted subscription may renew at the regular applicable price after the promotional period ends.
- Promotional payments are generally subject to the cancellation and refund rules described in this policy.
Any special refund or cancellation terms associated with a promotion will be communicated when the promotion is offered.
Free Trials
PanelAlerts may offer free trials from time to time. If a free trial is offered:
- The duration and conditions of the trial will be communicated when you sign up.
- You may cancel during the trial to prevent conversion to a paid subscription, where applicable.
- If the trial automatically converts to a paid subscription, you are responsible for cancelling before the conversion date if you do not wish to be charged.
- Unless otherwise stated, free trials have no cash value and are not refundable.
PanelAlerts reserves the right to limit, modify, or discontinue free trials at any time, subject to applicable law and any specific promotional terms.
Annual Subscriptions
For annual subscriptions, the full annual subscription price may be charged at the beginning of the annual billing period. If you cancel an annual subscription after the billing period has started:
- Cancellation will generally prevent the next annual renewal.
- Your paid access may continue until the end of the current annual term.
- The unused portion of the annual subscription will generally not be refunded.
Mandatory rights provided by applicable law remain unaffected.
Cancellation Due to Violation of Terms
PanelAlerts may suspend or terminate an account where a user materially violates the PanelAlerts Terms & Conditions or applicable law. Where an account is terminated because of a user’s violation, payments already made will generally not be refundable, except where a refund is required by applicable law or determined appropriate by PanelAlerts.
If PanelAlerts terminates your subscription for reasons unrelated to your breach and applicable law or our contractual obligations require a refund, PanelAlerts will provide the applicable refund.
Cancellation by PanelAlerts
PanelAlerts may discontinue or terminate a subscription or service in circumstances permitted by the Terms & Conditions. If PanelAlerts permanently discontinues a paid service before the end of a prepaid billing period, PanelAlerts may, where appropriate and subject to applicable law, provide:
- A prorated refund.
- An account credit.
- Continued access for the remaining prepaid period.
- Another reasonable remedy.
The appropriate remedy may depend on the circumstances and applicable legal requirements.
Refund Processing
Where PanelAlerts approves a refund, the refund will generally be issued to the original payment method used for the transaction, where technically and commercially possible.
The time required for a refund to appear in your account may depend on:
- Your payment provider.
- Your bank or card issuer.
- The payment method used.
- Applicable payment-processing procedures.
PanelAlerts is not responsible for delays caused by banks, payment processors, card issuers, or other third parties.
Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
Before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or payment provider, we encourage you to contact us at support@panelalerts.com so that we can investigate and attempt to resolve the issue.
If a chargeback is initiated, PanelAlerts may review the associated transaction and account information to determine whether the charge was valid. Fraudulent, abusive, or unjustified chargebacks may result in suspension or termination of the associated account, subject to applicable law.
Nothing in this section limits any rights you may have under applicable payment, consumer-protection, or other mandatory laws.
Taxes
Subscription prices may be subject to applicable taxes, duties, levies, VAT, or other governmental charges. Where required by law, applicable taxes may be added to the displayed subscription price or collected during payment. Refunds of taxes will be handled in accordance with applicable law and applicable tax rules.
Changes to Subscription Pricing
PanelAlerts may change its subscription prices from time to time. If a price change affects an existing subscription, PanelAlerts will provide notice where required by applicable law. Unless otherwise required by law, the new price will generally apply from the beginning of the next applicable billing period after the price change takes effect. You may cancel your subscription before the new price applies if you do not wish to continue at the updated price.
No Partial-Period Refunds
Unless expressly stated otherwise or required by applicable law, PanelAlerts does not provide prorated refunds for:
- Unused subscription time.
- Partial months.
- Partial years.
- Unused features.
- Reduced usage.
- Failure to use the service.
- Cancellation before the end of a paid billing period.
Account Deletion
Deleting your PanelAlerts account does not necessarily result in an automatic refund. If you delete your account during an active paid subscription:
- Your subscription may be cancelled.
- Future renewals may be stopped.
- Amounts already paid for the current billing period will generally remain non-refundable.
Any applicable legal rights remain unaffected. For information about how personal information is handled following account deletion, please review the PanelAlerts Privacy Policy.

Consumer Protection Rights
Nothing in this Refund & Cancellation Policy is intended to remove, restrict, or waive any rights or remedies that you may have under mandatory applicable consumer-protection or other laws. Where applicable law provides a mandatory cancellation, refund, withdrawal, or other right, that right will continue to apply. If there is a conflict between this policy and a mandatory legal requirement, the mandatory legal requirement will prevail to the extent of the conflict.

PanelAlerts may update this Refund & Cancellation Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we may provide notice through the PanelAlerts website, your account, email, or another reasonable method. The updated policy will become effective on the date stated at the beginning of the revised policy unless otherwise required by applicable law.
